These Terms & Conditions are here to ensure a seamless experience for all our users. By accessing or using our services or products, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. 3. Purchases

At Azah.in, you have the opportunity to browse and purchase a variety of goods, products, and items through our services. We strive to provide you with a secure and hassle-free shopping experience.

3A. COD Payment Safety & Fraud Prevention

Fraudsters may contact customers by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email pretending to be Azah or one of our delivery partners. They may claim that your Cash on Delivery (COD) order will be cancelled, put on hold, or not released unless you pay an advance amount, a "release" fee, a "confirmation" charge or a similar payment.

Azah does not ask for any advance payment, "release" fee or other charge through unsolicited calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages or emails to stop a COD order from being cancelled or to release it for delivery. For COD orders, pay only the amount shown in your order confirmation, and only when your package is delivered to you.

If you receive such a request, do not pay, do not scan any QR code and do not open any payment link shared with you. Verify the request first through Azah's official contact channels listed on our Contact Us page: email care@azah.in or call +91 8929 308 980 (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Never share your OTP, UPI PIN, card number, CVV, net banking password or any other banking credentials with anyone over a call, SMS, WhatsApp or email. You never need to enter your UPI PIN to receive money or a refund.

If you have already made a payment or shared your details, immediately contact your bank or UPI app to block further transactions, write to us at care@azah.in with your order number, the phone number or ID that contacted you, and any screenshots. We will help you verify your order status and cooperate with the authorities as required by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Azah is not responsible for any loss arising from payments made to, or banking details shared with, unauthorized third parties who are not acting on Azah's behalf, including persons who falsely claim to represent Azah or its delivery partners. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that Azah (PH91 Private Limited) may have under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the rules made under it, or any liability arising from our own deficiency in service, negligence or failure to protect your personal data. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
